Tiffany is a Movement Guide, Intuitive Coach, and Priestess.She fell in love with yoga when she was pregnant with her first child, and practiced prenatal yoga throughout both of her pregnancies.After having two children, yoga became her “me time” and helped her be a more patient mother.She knew there was something special there and felt the call to train as a yoga teacher.She also developed a meditation practice, which had a profound impact on her inner world. By the end of her yoga teacher training, she realized for the first time that she truly loved herself.Through breath, movement, stillness, and deep remembering, Tiffany supports people in finding home within themselves.She helps people reclaim their radiance and live their most fulfilling lives. The experiences she leads are beyond surface level, and offer an energetic attunement to all in attendance.
