The Sweet Life Retreat

The Sweet Life Retreat was launched in 2024 by Megan Brown and Charlie Faulkner. We believe that embracing wellness shouldn’t feel restrictive, but instead, it can be a liberating, expansive journey that opens your mind and heart, helping you feel at home within yourself, within your community, and in the world around you. ‍The Sweet Life Retreat will take you on a journey of expansion through the combination of yoga practices embedded with philosophy, meditation, breath, sound and so much more. All set in breathtaking natural landscapes, fueled by nurturing home cooked food with a vibrant community inclusive of all genders, ages and walks of life. ‍We create space for you to feel and embrace it all, and in doing so, remember just how sweet life can be.
