The Body Suite is based in the heart of Chichester City centre tucked discreetly behind the Pallant House Gallery in East Pallant. As some of you know we used to be a Pilates Studio, but after years of dreaming our dreams have finally come true and we have now relocated to a beautiful new venue and extended our facilities to offer our members a wider aspect of wellbeing.Our current facilities consist of Pilates Equipment classes and Private Sessions, Group Mat Classes in Pilates, Fitness and Mindful Movement (Feldenkrais). Workshops and Retreat Days, Treatments, Social Events and Spiritual Events.Whether you're a novice or a seasoned enthusiast, The Body Suite's commitment to fostering physical vitality and mental clarity through Pilates and Holistic Therapies and Self Care makes it a haven for those seeking holistic well-being in a truly enchanting setting.All Teachers and Practitioners are highly trained and experienced in their field of work to bring you only the best expertise, and walk away feeling you have achieved and gained a quality experience at The Body Suite.
