An island girl at heart, Sarah discovered her passion for yoga in 2015, embarked on her first solo trip, and got addicted to surf and yoga retreats, taking her to Sri Lanka, Bali, and Fuerteventura.2020 was the year she took a leap, quit her job, enrolled in yoga teacher training, and has never looked back.Committed and pretty much addicted, she continued to further her teaching and training in SUP Yoga, Aerial Slings, and Aerial Hoop, and has since ventured out on her own, deepening her knowledge with leading artists locally and abroad.You may, on occasion, find her performing at a local event.Known for strength and grace, her teaching style marries workout and dance.Movement aside, she holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology, and she might get carried away talking about life’s mysteries and what motivates our behavior.Why is she doing this?Because she got a taste of this adventure, and she literally can’t keep it to herself.
