We are the first of its kind in Italy & worldwide founded in 1998, we run yoga and wellness retreats in beautiful pedestrian hilltop locations in Casperia Italy 1hr from Rome and also Sperlonga hilltop village 1hr south of Rome.

We also run weekly retreats in Malpais, Costa Rica on the pacific coast.
