Suhas Ramegowda

Sunita and Suhas are Isha certified Hatha Yoga teachers. Having 1750 hours of training in Classical Hatha Yoga across 5 months of teachers training at the Isha Yoga Centre located at the base of Velliangiri Hills near Coimbatore. This training wasn’t just about Yoga practices but, was also aimed at deepening our understanding about human anatomy and food practices. After spending over a decade as typical urban dwellers chasing materialistic dreams, Sunita and Suhas took to Yoga to explore higher dimensions of life. While Sunita ran a successful quilting business, Suhas held a senior management office with an Oil & Gas major. A series of life experience and subsequent realisations nudged them to take this path, along with their Son, towards a more fulfilling way of living, being Simply Alive, being Simply Happy.
