Stone House Off Art-Melivoia, Central Greece

A renovated old stone house, with a breathtaking view. It is mainly a cool summerhouse. The top floor is a large dance studio. The house is in the non-touristic village of Melivoia, 400/500m above sea level and 8 km from one of the longest sea sides of Greece. Kissavos, the mountain, is also yours to discover!One can move on three levels. The middle floor is the main living space, with a sofa bed, an open, well-equipped kitchen, and the main bathroom.The top floor, one space/ dance studio, is our main working space.At the garden level, there is a small one-bedroom apartment with a separate door. This area is dark and cool, ideal for Greece's hot summers. This part of the house uses the second bathroom/toilet, connected to the house, with a door to the garden.
