Steffi is a RYT 500+ certified yoga teacher, Divine Feminine Embodiment Guide, sound practitioner, and cacao medicine facilitator.Her work weaves together movement, breath, sound, and ceremony to create intentional spaces that support presence, joy, and inner transformation. Her teaching style invites participants to slow down, deepen their awareness, and reconnect with the natural rhythms of life.Her spiritual path has led her through sacred landscapes, including the Andes and the Amazon, and onward to the Himalayan regions of India, where she now lives and teaches.Drawing from traditions such as Kriya Yoga, meditation, Nāda Yoga, mantra, and Divine Feminine Tantra, Steffi offers practices rooted in lineage and lived experience.Through heart-centered ceremonies and retreats, she integrates Yin, Hatha, and Kriya Yoga, Yoga Nidra, sound healing, cacao medicine, ritual, and guided meditation.
