Join a juice fast or just relax in nature whilst enjoying healthy vegan food and pure spring water. We keep the costs low to allow everyone to experience this wonderful way of life.  Star Mountain is a 5-hectare, animal sanctuary, and our guest house is located 800m away. We are a meat,  dairy, alcohol, and drug-free environment, situated on the edge of the historic village of Melo in the Serra da Estrella national park, central Portugal.
