Soul Yoga was born from a deep desire to share yoga as a transformative experience that goes beyond the mat. I’m Paula Fresneda, and I accompany you on this path of self-discovery. After 10 years of practice, training, and exploration, I found in yoga a way back to myself—and felt called to share it.Soul Yoga is an invitation to pause, to feel, and to reconnect with your truth. The classes blend conscious movement, breath, listening, and presence, creating a community that vibrates with energy, respect, and authenticity.I believe in the magic of simplicity and in opening safe spaces where you can feel free, without expectations or judgment.
