Forever a student. I have been practicing and studying yoga under many international teachers around the world, which has shaped my way of relating to this vast body of work.My journey as a full time teacher and retreat host started in 2018 in San Francisco. Ever since the practice has taken me from Asia, Europe, Central/South America and now Costa Rica.In my classes you get the chance to connect to the wisdom of your own body and breath, inviting space for stillness and deep awareness while in the pose, so eventually it can ripple to once daily life on and off the mat. Every class is unique and gives students the chance to weave in their own practice stile to create a complete and holistic experience.As a Somatic Practitioner and Coach I support you 1:1 on your healing journey. Removing trauma, blockages, physical and mental discomfort to regain your clearity, strength, freedom to fully experience the essence of life.
