Your instructor for the weekend is Sian Young (registered Yoga Alliance and Cimspa). Sian has experience working with yogis and participants from all backgrounds, including those new to yoga practices and those who are teachers themselves.With a caring, compassionate but direct approach, Sian works hard to ensure that you receive teachings that are relevant and at the right level for you, encompassing the true spirit of yoga.It's important to create time and invest in your wellbeing, health and happiness. This helps give you a sound foundation to thrive.
