Shirin Fardi

Shirin is a certified retreat leader from Germany, born in Iran and currently residing in Spain. She is a certified childbirth educator, meditation and prenatal yoga instructor, and a mother of two.With her team, Shirin developed mom’z and its "Blossoming Journey" retreat, collaborating with seasoned experts such as midwives, doulas, pediatricians, yoga instructors, wellness leaders and conducting studies with over a hundred (expectant) mothers.She and her team at mom'z are dedicated to helping mothers(-to-be) experience pregnancy and motherhood without fear, stress, or anxiety, focusing on confidence, fulfillment, and joy.
