Shannon Miller

I'm a yoga teacher and retreat leader with a deep love for adventure, movement, and meaningful connection. I became a certified yoga teacher in 2016, with training in Hot Yoga, Vinyasa, and Trapeze Yoga. That same year, I founded Travel Girl Yoga—a women-only retreat company devoted to creating empowering, transformative experiences in stunning destinations around the world.Originally from Los Angeles and now based in Barcelona, I’ve led retreats in Barcelona, Costa Rica, and Nicaragua. My teaching is rooted in strength, fluidity, and feminine empowerment, encouraging women to step into their power both on and off the mat.Through each retreat, I aim to help women reconnect with themselves, support one another, and emerge stronger—physically, emotionally, and spiritually.Shannon completed her 200-hour Hot yoga teacher training in Thailand and her 200-hour Vinyasa teacher training in Barcelona.She has since been traveling and teaching. Traveling the world, meeting new people, and making new friends are her favorite activities.
