In my second phase of life, I fell in love with fitness and movement as a way to manage life’s stressors and reconnect with myself. This led me to become a Fitness Instructor and later a Registered Yoga Teacher, Mindfulness Meditation, and Breathwork Facilitator- now with over 15 years of experience.I am dedicated to my own physical and mental wellness through yoga and movement, and love to share these transformative practices with others.My teachings reflect a genuine commitment to guiding individuals on their personal journeys toward balance and mindfulness.My zest for life extends beyond the gym and yoga mat.
