Yoga & Meditation Teacher My yogic lifestyle started in early childhood in an ashram. I practiced and learned yoga, yoga philosophy, and meditation from Guru Ji in Rishikesh, the capital of yoga. I honor that beautiful experience, and to this day, I am sharing my learnings and experiences with more yogis.
