Sasha Ostara

Sasha is a somatic, trauma-informed coach specializing in embodiment, emotional healing, and women’s empowerment. She brings years of experience supporting clients worldwide, guiding individuals and groups through deep, grounded transformation.Her facilitation style is warm, clear, intuitive, and rooted in nervous system literacy, relational healing, and body-based practices. Sasha creates spaces that are inclusive, neurodivergent-friendly, multicultural, and centered in dignity and care.She has worked internationally as part of large-scale retreats, including supporting Layla Martin’s retreats for over 500 participants, gaining extensive experience in holding group processes with safety, clarity, and emotional intelligence.Sasha now leads her own coaching programs, virtual workshops, and in-person retreats, offering environments where people can reconnect with themselves, release old patterns, and move toward a more aligned, embodied life.
