Sarah is the founder and director of Free Spirit Escapes and brings her lifelong love of water to every escape.She is STA Level 2 Open Water Swim Safety qualified, holds RLSS Water Safety Management certification, and is trained in contrast therapy — ensuring all water sessions are safe as well as magical.When she’s not leading swims or sailing to hidden coves, Sarah is Deputy CEO of an environmental charity, bringing her passion for protecting nature into everything she does.With her warmth, experience, and deep knowledge of Türkiye and Lithuania, Sarah makes every guest feel at home on their Free Spirit journey.
