Sara Prats

Sara is a psychologist and theologian with studies in philosophy of mind and cognitive science. At the age of 20, she met her Vipassana meditation teacher, Dhiravamsa, with whom later she trained for 4 years as a Samatha–Vipassana meditation instructor. She is also recognized as a Meditation and Mindfulness facilitator by World Peace Initiative, where since 2016 she has been trained directly by Theravada monks in Thailand, occasionally attending retreats taught face to face by the monks. Sara also trained as a Yoga teacher in India in 2019 and offers Hatha Yoga classes at Kshanti Retreat Center since 2022. For the past three years, Sara has been participating as student and translator in a training program developed by Tarab Rinpoche, which integrates the inner science of the mind, meditation, and therapeutic methods.
