Sara Haghshenas

Hi, I’m Sary. Born and raised in Frankfurt, Germany with Persian and Greek roots, I’ve spent nearly a decade as a flight attendant, traveling to over 55 countries and immersing myself in holistic lifestyles and diverse cultures.In 2023, I became a 200h Yoga Alliance certified teacher (in Portuguese), and later certified in SUP Yoga. Since then, I’ve been leading yoga & surf retreats in Europe and Brazil.In 2025, I'll have finished my second 200-hour Yoga Alliance Teacher Training.Since 2018, Bahia has been my home. In 2024, I finally moved to Itacaré, a tropical village where jungle meets ocean.Here, I found my rhythm in surf, nature, and community. I now live between Germany and Brazil, balancing urban life with barefoot simplicity by the sea.What fulfills me most is bringing people together – sharing my love for yoga, the ocean, and culture, and inspiring others to live with more freedom, balance, and joy.
