Sapana Yoga

Sapana Yoga is a little studio, suitable for up to 10 students, it´s situated in a residential area of the little beach town Ca´n Picafort, Majorca. We offer different yoga classes, mostly Hatha Yoga, Yin Yoga and Yoga Nidra.

Apart from that different workshops will be taking place from time to time ranging from Selflove, Breathing Techniques, to Ho´oponopono. In Summer we also offer Yoga Classes on the beach followed by a vegan picnic. Some weekends we organize little weekend escapes and in summer season we also organize different residential yoga retreats on a beautiful Finca nestled into a natural park area.

SUP yoga classes and private individual or group classes can be arranged anytime. Apart from yoga we offer Thai Massages, Reiki sessions and Akashic Records readings.
