Sanya

Kru Sanya is one of our yoga teachers at Luminaria Yogashala. She graduated with 200 hours from the Yoga Ananda Teacher Training Course in Chiang Mai. She is specialized in hatha, vinyasa, flexibility training, office syndrome relief and nervous system regulation yoga.
