After seven years immersed in marketing with L’Oréal, I set off on a solo journey around the world.That year-long adventure became more than travel—it was a quest for authenticity, a search for the universal essence of life that connects all beings, beyond culture, social labels, or personal history.Returning in 2009, I made a conscious choice: to dedicate myself fully to exploring Yoga and Consciousness, embracing a lifelong journey of learning, growth, and self-discovery.Since 2011, I have been sharing this path as an E-RYT 500 certified Yoga teacher, Life Coach, and Humanistic Hypnosis Practitioner.I guide people who are seeking balance, vitality, and inner serenity, helping them reconnect with authenticity, depth, and their true potential.In 2023, I made Saint-Jorioz (Annecy) my home, and I now teach in Annecy, its surrounding region, and Geneva, both in-person and online—welcoming those ready to explore Yoga not just as a practice, but as a way of being.
