Sabrina Venezia

Sabrina Venezia is a certified Yoga teacher with Yoga Alliance International.She has been practicing yoga for over 30 years and has been teaching since 2011.She studied under the guidance of B.N.S. Iyengar in the lineage of Sri Tirumalai Krishnamacharya and several other renowned masters.Sabrina studied Tibetan Buddhist philosophy and meditation practices and has been living in the Indian Himalayas and Nepal for many years in pursuit of her spiritual path.Sabrina is also a certified Holistic Operator in the UK, Ayurvedic Yoga Massage level 4, and certified Master Sound Healer and Breathwork Facilitator.She has been guiding breathwork journeys since 2018 for groups and individuals.Her mission is to offer a holistic approach to health and create experiences that allow for a deep mind-body-soul connection.
