Certified Yoga Teacher First of all, let me say that I am excited you’re here! This means you are on a path to living a successful, spiritually connected, authentically embodied life. And I am here for it. People say I bring a colourful personality, bright, sharp mind, big heart, and eclectic background. I like to present myself as a joyful and curious being full of love. I am not different from the vast majority of other yoga instructors. My yoga journey started when I was handling emotional and mental stress and had a knee injury that limited my activities. Practising Yoga helped me connect to my body and mind—learning about myself, movement, inner peace, and self-care. Today, I know that movement, breathwork, and meditation WORK if you work them! The yoga styles I am teaching are always beginner-friendly, but they will help build strength and flexibility.
