The retreat is brought to life by a dedicated and heart-led team focused on creating a meaningful and supportive experience. Ruben, the organiser and host, carefully designs every element of the retreat, blending meditation, handpan music, and mindful programming to cultivate a welcoming and relaxed atmosphere for all participants. Tobias, trained in meditation and sound healing and currently studying Shiatsu, enhances the experience through his presence, sound work, and thoughtful guidance. Simone, a yoga teacher and massage therapist, contributes care, energy, and support to ensure each guest feels nurtured throughout the retreat. In the kitchen, Claudio, an experienced chef, and Nadine, an intuitive event manager, provide delicious meals and seamless support, making every moment of the retreat feel effortless and well tended.
