I am Roshan de Silva, 38 years old, a Yoga Alliance–certified yoga teacher with over 10 years of personal practice.I speak Sinhalese, English, and Russian, enabling me to work comfortably with guests from around the world.Since 2011, we have been organizing yoga retreats, and I am the owner of Mangrove Villa Yoga Retreat.Recently, I established a new beachfront retreat called Om Yoga Shala, where we offer yoga programs and specialized sound-healing meditation sessions.We are currently the only center in the Beruwala area providing dedicated sound healing meditation experiences.
