Co-founder of Ecstatic Dance UK, Richard's mission is to get the world out of their heads and into their bodies, even if only for a moment in time, totally in the music, the beats and the present moment. Music and all its variety and beauty has always been his primary passion. His focus is on creating expansive, conscious experiences through events, ecstatic dance, music and song, movement meditation, yoga, self-development, connection, mindfulness and awareness.
