René Ameling (1958) is the residential yogi at Finca ‘s Almudaina. He is a 1000 hrs IYF certified Hatha yoga teacher and Ayurvedic practitioner who did his intensive training all in India.He teaches yoga for 35 years and was the owner of Yogaschool Amsterdam.René will open the day with a gentle morning yoga, pranayama and meditation.
