Reetu

Commencing with a background in English Literature with an M Phil. in English, Reetu is a Yoga Practitioner by choice. She works with one of India's leading diabetes reversal companies, Breathe Well-Being, as a Yoga Teacher helping thousands of people attain their goals.Reetu has completed her Masters Degree in Naturopathy and Yogic Sciences from Sri-Sri University, Odisha (India) and has served in the Wellness department of Six Senses Vana. Her philosophy of yoga is to find relaxation through movement and agility through deep relaxation and let both interchange and exchange. She believes in giving quietude its due and takes it slow and believes in least resistance and in- between relaxation to let the experience to seep into the consciousness and witness the difference.
