We are creating a supportive environment in the ideal climate for people to begin to walk the path or go deeper on their journey. The result is a reclamation of physical, emotional, mental and spiritual vigour, and the confidence to integrate the lifestyle on returning to daily life if desired. Moreover, the experiential knowledge is gained so that one can practice longer cleanses and fasts independently, in a safe and sustainable way. We encourage that the intention in these endeavors is to help integrate deeper spiritual insight, which is the true purpose in the discipline of fasting.
