I share the art of Yoga in its different forms and try to understand the wisdom of Eastern philosophies…day by day! Through traveling Asia (especially Thailand and Nepal) for 25 years, taking part in many retreats, and living in multiple international community forms - plus my everyday German life as a social worker - I found that being in service for others and creating space for movement, joy, growth, and healing is what I love to do. After traditional Yoga teacher training in Nepal and several workshops on special yoga-related topics, I am nowadays teaching classes and retreats in Germany, Thailand, and Nepal. Also, I offer Yoga on Beats and Yoga for youths and men - and surrender to the power of Bhakti Yoga.
