Rakhi Chari

Rakhi Chari, a yoga and meditation teacher for over 15 years, grew up in San Francisco and has been fascinated by health and wellness since her teenage years. She stumbled across an interview about breatharianism and she was hooked, there was no looking back. She did her first Breatharian Initiation process in August of 2018, and since then she has not had any solid food. What started as a fascination with living without food has now led her onto a spiritual path. As she has lightened up on her liquids, she has continued to have many spiritually awakening experiences. Having seen the benefits of this lifestyle, she continues to align with her higher self so that she can transition to nourishing herself solely on Prana. In the hopes of helping others on a similar path, she has been extensively documenting her journey on her YouTube channel, “Breatharian Yogini.”
