Ragna Luciana Manz

Somatic Dance workshopRagna Manz is a dance artist trained in somatic dance and improvisation. She enjoys teaching regular classes for adults and children, seeing them unfold and growing together in a mutual exchange she finds magical.Ragna shares her experience as an arts educator and combines this with her deep interests in experiential anatomy and instant composition. For Ragna, the body has endless potential and through somatic movement and improvisation, we are able to open up our senses; increase our bodily awareness and express ourselves creatively.In her performance practice, she currently focuses on the relation between body and earth. The natural environment of the Alpujarras in the south of Spain gives her the ground, inspiration, and support for her work.
