I discovered Yoga in 2016, mainly for the physical aspect of the practice. It wasn’t until 2020 that I really reaped the psychological benefits amidst the chaos of a pandemic.Yoga and meditation helped me enormously with my mental health, and to discover a deeper mind-body connection. I built on my passion for this area and undertook my training in 2021.I now teach fun, energetic vinyasa-style classes, emphasizing breathing, alignment, and moving the body in a way that feels good!So much love, Rae x
