Quynh-Huong Nguyen

Quynh-Huong Nguyen is a facilitator and reflection guide based in Đà Lạt, Vietnam. Her work focuses on creating calm, structured spaces where people can pause, look inward, and realign with what truly matters. Before becoming a facilitator, she spent years working with grassroots NGOs-places where purpose was practiced, not preached. This early experience shaped her belief that clarity and connection grow from lived values, honest dialogue, and compassionate awareness. Over the past years, she has led reflection and leadership programs for organizations such as FHI 360 and Blue Dragon Children’s Foundation, helping teams strengthen trust, communication, and collective focus. At PaperFrame•7, Quynh-Huong brings her grounded presence and thoughtful facilitation to every retreat session — guiding participants with curiosity, calm, and care rather than instruction or pressure. She believes that real insight often begins in stillness, when we finally have the space to listen inward.
