Pumua Village

Pumua Village is a practice center founded in October 2025 in Nairobi, Kenya.A rural setting, surrounded by nature and birdsong. A place where you can find some peace and quiet.One of the two founders was a monk in the Plum Village tradition for 10 years, a tradition created by Zen Master Thich Nhat Hanh.His name is Fabiano Gentile, and he facilitates and manages the practice center and the activities offered.The other founder is Mercy, an established Kenyan psychologist who has been working in Nairobi for over 15 years.
