My yoga practice started years before, first introduced by my father, who showed me the ‘first steps’.Practicing and observing beautiful changes in my life, I felt a strong desire to share them with others.I started teaching a small group of friends, which eventually led to signing up for a 250-hour TTC in Malta.I have learned early how body movement affects my emotions and helps to still the mind.I love to explore the flow through traditional yoga asanas, with movement, breath, and joy.When we are aware and connected within, then comes ease, freedom, and lightness of being.
