Hi, I’m Perle, a London-based Yoga Teacher and founder of Exhale 108.My yoga journey began with a curiosity for movement, mindfulness, and spirituality. I soon discovered the powerful mental and emotional benefits of the practice, which led me to complete my first teacher training, which was a life-changing experience that reshaped my purpose.I teach with empathy and inclusivity, as I believe that yoga is truly for everyone. I am dedicated to creating a welcoming space where all students feel supported and empowered. Blending movement with breathwork and meditation, I invite students to have fun with their practice and enjoy the process, guiding each class with intention and encouraging self-compassion in order to find balance on and off the mat. I love creating wellness retreats in beautiful locations, sharing yoga and wellness in a way that feels authentic, inclusive, and free from pressure or competition.
