I have been working on self-discovery for over 12 years now and in that time, I have aquired a number of tools in order to support others on their own path. I have completed both a 200 and a 300 hr Yoga Teacher Training and I am a Reiki master. I also practice Breathwork and Shamanism and I am currently studying Yin Yoga.
