Paulina’s yoga journey began in 2004, but it was in 2013 that she truly found her calling through the Ashtanga method. Over the years, she has studied with esteemed teachers such as Sharath Jois, Kino McGregor, Tim Feldmann, and Eddie Stern.In 2025, she received her Level 1 Authorization from the Sharath Yoga Centre in Mysore. Originally from Mexico City and now teaching in Texas, Paulina is known for bringing warmth, tradition, and heartfelt dedication to every class she offers.
