Paula Celzo

Paula Celzo (RYT 500) is an artist, surfer, and yoga practitioner based in Honolulu, Hawaii. She expresses herself primarily through painting, drawing inspiration from the elements of nature, sound, and the timeless traditions of yoga.From an early age, Paula’s curiosity about life’s deeper meaning—nourished by spiritual books, travel, and her experiences with the raw power of the ocean and nature—naturally led her to the path of yoga.Over the years, she has dedicated herself to studying various yogic traditions, with a particular focus on Bhakti Yoga, Classical Hatha Yoga, and Tantra.Her devotion to practice inspires her teaching, where her intention is to create a healing space that allows each individual to connect with their higher Self. Through tools such as Meditation, Yoga, and Yoga Nidra, she guides others toward inner stillness and self-discovery.
