Physiotherapist, Nutritionist, Reiki practitioner, Beauty Coach, certified Yoga teacher in different styles, including Face Yoga and Yin Yoga, Aquafitness, Breathing Techniques and Pilates instructor, with vast experience in management and direction, she considers herself a lover of well-being and the promotion of health.
