Parul Chaturvedi is an experienced and passionate yoga instructor with over 7 years of teaching experience for both kids and adults.She is a certified RYT 200-hour instructor, complemented by 95-hour certifications in Kids Yoga, Rainbow Kids Yoga, Teens Yoga, and Sound Healing.In 2019, Parul also served as an assistant teacher for a 95-hour Kids Yoga Teacher Training Course (TTC).
