We are a husband and wife duo who believe deeply in the power humans hold to heal themselves. We know that collectively, we are moving away from old practices that no longer serve humanity and beginning to look inwards to start the healing process there first.On our journey, we discovered breathwork and saw the profound results people were experiencing through this practice. We watched people start to come out of their depression, recover from debilitating migraines, and chronic pain. We saw failing relationships mend and anxiety lessen.We were inspired to learn more and studied under a former monk and breathwork teacher, and got our certification through his proprietary BreathFlow method.
