‘Nourish Ourselves’ is the brain child of Joanna Urwin - a woman who gave the first part of her working life to the corporate and TV world whilst yearning for something more spiritually rewarding and closer to nature and to her heart.She now runs retreats - in a rural part of the Dordogne in south-west France - for people who just need a break from their day-to-day lives so they can perhaps create the next chapter of their lives from a place of rest and rejuvenation whilst being nourished, listened to and supported.A rural farmhouse retreat for women who are looking for some time-out to be nourished on many levels - from the food, listening ear (if desired) and treatments offered to creative art, fun photography and video workshops.
