I guide people to pause, reconnect, and explore themselves through yoga, meditation, and immersive retreats that combine nature, culture, and mindful practice.I started practicing yoga in 2011, and after teaching since 2018, I’ve deepened my skills with advanced studies in pre- and postnatal yoga, mantra, meditation, pranayama, and a 300-hour Himalayan Kundalini training in Rishikesh.I lead retreats and workshops worldwide, focusing on self-discovery, energy work, and holistic transformation, and I’ve helped over 100 participants find stillness and connection in recent years.Beyond yoga, I’m committed to human rights and social justice, and I incorporate the principle of seva, or selfless service, into my teaching through charity events and inclusive community spaces.
