Nature Reset Retreat

A retreat set in a Japanese national park. On mount Rokkomichi. You will stay in Canadian-style wood cabins surrounded by forest. A local Chef prepares our meals each day after a round of Yoga and breathwork.Afternoons are dedicated to the Japanese practice of Shinrin Yoku, Japanese forest bathing, and then an activity before dinner that will teach you more about Japanese Culture, such as the Tea ceremony and Mochi making.We are looking forward to welcoming you to a reset of your energetic system surrounded by beautiful nature.
