Natha Yoga and Tantra school

At Natha, yoga and tantra are taught in their traditional form, as a spiritual path. At the core of the teaching are the annual, multi-year yoga and tantra courses, which include e.g yoga poses (asanas), breathing exercises (pranayama), meditation methods (especially laya yoga), theoretical understanding of the techniques and their effects on our well-being and development. The courses also offer information about spiritual lifestyle. They include, for example, yoga cleansing techniques, dietary recommendations and eroticism as part of spiritual practice, as well as many other methods belonging to the traditions of yoga and tantra. Multi-year teaching is a unique opportunity to really dive into the practice of yoga and tantra and get lasting beneficial effects from it. Natha helds also seminars and weekend workshops on various topics, like fulfilment in couple relationship, tantric eroticism, femininity and masculinity.
