I love bringing women together to empower them to step out of their comfort zones and into more confidence and joy.Women need to become full of themselves - We need to stop people pleasing and learn to please ourselves!I also love expressive therapies to bring content to life! I bring action-oriented activities, such as psychodrama and SoulCollage, to all my events.I believe in the power of LOVE and COMPASSION to heal and bring peace to ourselves and our world.
